Marāi - The Courtyard of Slow Living

When Marai called us to redesign their bar into a wine bar, we couldn’t say anything but yes! This open air area, with a lab space, is perfect for wine parties and we are here for it.

We worked from the early stages of which direction to give to the wine bar, to the design of it, the wines we would put on the list, training of staff, tools and technology we would use, launch party and monthly events. A long partnership which shows wonders on the Goan wine scene.

Wine In Progress AKA WIP - Bangalore

Wine in Progress is the first of its kind, small Wine Bar, in Bangalore. From design of the space, to choosing the wines, and building the menu, Spill It has been there throughout to make a vision come true.

Captain's Cellar, Tajman Singh - New Delhi

First wine bar of a hotel chain in India, with an enomatic system, perfect for the Delhi wine connoisseurs and curious, and for an elevated wine experience.

VERONICA’s and PAPA’s - Hunger Inc - Mumbai

The first of its kind Sandwich shop and Wine Bar in the heart of Bandra in Mumbai. With an accessible menu, under categories such as “pour me some gibberish” for wines difficult to pronounce, and signs for people to understand the flavours. The idea was to make wine fun, accessible and anti-snob, for a daily dose.

Then followed Papa’s, a 12 seater paired experiences on the first floor of Veronica’s. Curating the pairing was a delightful challenge with wines that you won’t try often and a dinner that will for sure remember !
