Who we are
Spill It was born out of passion; we wanted to drink a variety of wines when going out to restaurants and bars. Seeing the prices of wines in some places really made us jump. So, we decided that if we are not satisfied with the wine scene in India, we will do our best to help it grow. Fast forward X years and here we are; building wine bars, doing advocacy, conducting training sessions, and organically getting our favorite wines into our favorite bars.
The only reason we’re doing it is because wine is cool, it’s tasty, it has so much to offer in terms of craft and stories. And we want to share it with the masses!

The witty, sarcastic Frenchman, who decided that India was the perfect place to build a fun wine scene. Born and raised in Burgundy, France; she knows the traditional wine industry like the back of her hand.
Her experience consulting and working in luxury hotels, made her realize she wanted to create something different. An open, enjoyable wine scene where one can learn and also appreciate a chilled glass of Rosé without being judged.
Taking inspiration from bars all over the world, and the cocktail and alcohol industry in general, she, along with her team, intend to make you and your friends have a killer wine party!
The Spill It Team
The showman, the real anti snob, who at a young age decided that wine was going to be his thing and that he would make his fellow countrymen drink it.
He’s done everything from sales to operations and marketing and knows how to convert even your whisky drinking uncle into a wine afficionado.
His goal has always been to take the snobbery out of wine, and you’ll remember how much you laughed during his wine session better than if it was ginger or cardamom that you smelled in the glass. When he’s not busy peddling wine, you can find him dabbling in spirits and cocktails.
